Why it matters
Removal stops your traffic
Once a filing is removed, other providers may no longer accept your calls directly.
1,400+ filings removed
The FCC has removed over 1,400 deficient filings since January 2025, and keeps issuing removal orders.
Recertify Feb 1 – Mar 1, 2027
Every filer recertifies each year, and any change must be refiled within 10 business days.
How it works
1. Free check
VoiceDesk reads your public listing and plan for the gaps the FCC cites in removal orders: stale contacts, boilerplate plans, missing STIR/SHAKEN or KYC detail. You get a one-page report by email.
2. Revision pack
A regenerated mitigation plan PDF and a field-by-field refile sheet, delivered in 3 business days. Your officer reviews and submits.
3. Nightly monitoring
Your listing and every carrier you exchange traffic with are checked each night, with a same-night alert if anything changes or a partner is removed.

Questions
Are you a law firm?
No. VoiceDesk is software that generates drafts from your public record and your answers, checked by a person. It does not give legal advice. Your officer reviews, signs and submits every filing, and we'll point you to telecom counsel when a question needs one.
Do you file for me?
No. You get the documents and a copy sheet that maps each field, so filing takes minutes. You keep control of your FCC credentials.
What do you need from me?
Your FRN or RMD number for the free check. For the revision pack and recertification, a short questionnaire about your network, STIR/SHAKEN status, upstream providers and customer vetting.
What if the draft is late?
Full refund if your recertification draft isn't delivered by Feb 10, 2027. The $99 deposit is refundable on request until Jan 31.
