VoiceDesk is software that generates documents and monitoring alerts from public FCC records and the information you provide. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing, signing and submitting your filings and for the accuracy of what you submit. VoiceDesk is not affiliated with the FCC, and no outcome from the FCC is promised.

Revision pack: delivered within 3 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire. Annual plan: billed yearly; includes the items listed on the pricing page for 12 months. Refunds: full refund if your recertification draft isn't delivered by Feb 10, 2027, or within 7 days of a revision pack if you're unhappy with it. The $99 slot deposit is credited to Annual and refundable on request until Jan 31.

Monitoring checks public listings nightly on a best-effort basis; alerts may be delayed if FCC systems are unavailable. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
