VoiceDesk works from public records in the FCC Robocall Mitigation Database. We contact the robocall mitigation contact listed in a provider's public filing about that filing, a legitimate business interest. Every email identifies the sender and lets you opt out by replying "stop"; opt-outs are honored immediately and kept on a suppression list so we don't contact you again.

When you request a free check we store your FRN or RMD number, your email address and our report, and use them only to send the check and answer you. We keep outreach records for 90 days after the last contact unless you become a customer. We don't sell or share personal data. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which handles your payment details; we never see card numbers.
